Team Duty Roster Information
Saturday 11th July 2015Hi all,
The following teams are rostered for St Patrick’s FC duty for Round 15: Saturday 1st August, 2015: Morning: set-up 7 AM – 8:30 AM. (8 people minimum) 7B's and 7C's 10B's - Canteen/BBQ and ground control: 8 AM - 12PM W11B's - Canteen/BBQ and ground control: 10AM - 12PM Note: for the morning duty, the first game commences at 8 AM. Please allow around 1 hour to set up the small sided games in time for kick off (4-6 persons now required given the new posts). Ground Control: Teams that are rostered to duty must supply a minimum of two ground controllers who must be visible and wearing the orange vests. You cannot be on BBQ or canteen and also be on Ground Control. Failure to have visible ground controllers will result in the club being fined $100 For canteen/BBQ allow around 30 minutes i.e.7.30 am start pleases. Please also be on hand to reconfigure the grounds in accordance with the age group during the morning. It is up to the Manager of each respective team to work together to work out a suitable roster during the morning. A committee member will be on hand to guide you. Afternoon: Canteen/BBQ/Ground Control and take over from 12:00 PM to completion of the last game which starts at 2:50 PM When packing up the senior goals the nets remain on the posts. The back bar gets folded up and tied to the posts then the whole goal post is lifted out and carried and stored in the cage. 14A’s Could each team please send me a return confirmation so I know all is okay. The following team is rostered for St Patrick's FC duty for Round 13: Sunday 2nd August, 2015: All day: AL14's - First game 08:20 last game 15:00 Ground Control: The team that is rostered to duty must supply a minimum of two ground controllers who must be visible and wearing the orange vests. You cannot be on BBQ or canteen and also be on Ground Control. Failure to have visible ground controllers will result in the club being fined $100 Note: for the duty, the first game commences at 8:20 AM. with final game being 3:00pm Kick off. Please allow around 1 hour to set up in time for kick off (4-6 persons now required given the new posts). When packing up the senior goals the nets remain on the posts.
