Welcome to the 2012 Season at St Patricks FC
There are 3 ways you can Register: 1. Register and Pay Online at www.myfootballclub.com.au. Only Mastercard or Visa are Accepted. Online Registration OPENS from Monday January 23, 2012. Note: 2011 Players will be sent your FFA number and password in an email. If you haven’t received this send an email to registrar@stpatricksfc.com.au. Note: At www.stpatricksfc.com.au under Registration the St Patricks FC 2012 Player Registration Template document will guide you through the process. Note: Even if you Register Online, there may be a reason for you to attend one of the Registration Days, that is, where photos and proof of residence may be required. 2. Register Online at www.myfootballclub.com.au and Pay in-person at one of the Registration Days. Complete your Online Registration and request an Invoice instead of making payment, refer the St Patricks FC 2012 Player Registration Template document. Print and bring your Invoice to one of the Registration Days to pay 3. In-person at one of the Registration Days. Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), EFTPOS, Cash or Cheque payments Accepted. Registrations Days will take place at on the following dates and times and at the following locations; · Sunday February 5, 2012 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the SSFA OFFICE, BATES DRIVE, KAREELA. · Tuesday February 7, 2012 from 18:30 to 20:30 at the ST PATRICK’S PARISH HALL, BELMONT STREET, SUTHERLAND. · Thursday February 9, 2012 from 18:30 to 20:30 at the SSFA OFFICE, BATES DRIVE, KAREELA. · Sunday February 12, 2012 from 13:00 to 17:00 at the SSFA OFFICE, BATES DRIVE, KAREELA Note: All new players to St Patricks FC must attend one of the Registration Days.
